At ByWho, our team takes great pride in filling your orders with accuracy and speed. All of our items are hand tested by professionals to ensure the highest quality products are delivered to you!

FULFILLMENT TIMES

Orders placed before 12pm AEST weekdays will be dispatched same day with the exception of Public Holidays.

Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be shipped the following business day.

All orders are sent via Express Post and do require Signature On Delivery. (We cannot be responsible for delivery for orders that have requested Safe Drop)

Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number. Follow this tracking number, as ByWho is not liable for your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or damaged packages.

Please contact the carrier if you have any concerns regarding your order.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

ByWho vision is to have the highest quality lash products delivered to you within 24 hours. Australian Post guarantee one to two business day shipping service. They do not deliver on the weekends or holidays. Orders placed before 12pm AEST, will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

Orders that are placed on Friday after 12pm EST as well as on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

RETURNS

We want you to have the highest quality of supplies and be completely satisfied with your purchase, so Our team spend extra time hand testing & checking every single item to ensure quality. we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If there are any issues with your order, or anything is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours. email your invoice number to info@bywho.com.au if you need to do so.

We do not provide prepaid return labels this is the buyers responsibility.
